Some afters and befores of a house that was painted before being put on the market. A nice neutral colour refreshed everything, and paired well with the white trim. More appealing to prospective buyers too!
Walls, trim, and doors; all in about 8 days, but I'm happy with how it turned out 🙌🏾

A big project we finished up a few weeks ago! A lot of the house wasn't repainted for 20+ years, so the fresh coat made it look new again. We were able to coordinate with the homeowner to paint everything before new flooring was put down so we were in and out a lot quicker.

A couple months ago, my good friend at Villa Rosa Contracting asked if we wanted to team up on this refinishing job. They did the sanding and prep, while Primetime Painting and our friend Stephen took care of the sealing and finishing.
The floor was buffed between each coat of finish for a smooth, long lasting finish.

The colour choices really brightened this place up! The contrast between the board on the bottom and the wall on top really makes a statement. The owner installed some awesome wallpaper that ties everything in nicely as well 🙌🏾

Part 2 of the project from Guelph: What a difference some painting can make to a commonly used space! All the wood was sanded down, primed and a fresh coat of paint was applied.
We also spray cabinets too! They were sanded, cleaned, primed with an extremely tough product, and sprayed with a very high quality trim enamel for a smooth yet tough finish.
The new countertops and cabinet hardware installed by the homeowner really topped it off 🤩
